Director of Pastoral Ministries
Lyle Williams
Lyle Williams is the Director of Pastoral Ministries for The Center for Individual and Family Therapy. Prior to joining the CIFT organization, Lyle served in pastoral ministry for 39 years. His experience includes senior pastor and various staff positions in large and small churches. Lyle has served as consultant for churches in transition. He earned a Theology degree at Indiana Wesleyan University and pursued graduate studies from Fuller Theological Seminary and Talbot Seminary. Lyle and his wife Linda (39 years), enjoy their walks on the beach and the continued blessing of watching their family (3 adult children and 5 grandchildren) grow.
Because of this background, Lyle brings a wealth of experience and credibility to this position. It is Lyle’s passion to come along side pastors to offer hope and encouragement and to see the Holy Spirit bring a “fresh wind” into the lives of those who minister.
