Services to the Local Church
One of the goals at CIFT is to be a supportive arm of the local church by serving not only the congregation, but the pastor and church staff as well. We are committed to doing this in a number of ways which includes offering reduced fee counseling to pastor's and ministry staff as well as providing resources for church staff attempting to meet the many demands in caring for a congregation.

-Team building/staff development
-Sunday school classes (1-4 weeks)

Church Missions Department Support

CIFT is available to:
-Work with you in the setting of appointments for missionaries in the area.
-Consult with you on situations involving missionary needs on the field.
- Come and train those in your church wanting a better understanding of the psychological pressures and needs generated by being on the field.
